Description of program
Students learn the skills they need to work in a variety of marketing-related jobs that are vital to today’s economy. Job duties in marketing can include brand promotion, sales, merchandising, marketing communications and market research. Instruction and real-world experience prepare students for marketing-related jobs for corporations, non-profit organizations or small businesses. Extended learning experiences to enrich and enhance instruction are available through the Career & Technical Student Organization, DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) and work-based learning (co-operative education).
